If you are arriving to check-in or to drop off your bags before 9 am or after 8 pm, it's very important that you let us know your flight number and arrival time and we will be waiting to welcome you!
In general: Check-in time is after 2 pm and Check-out time is before 12 noon. Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking.

1 day or less before arrival: 100% on total sale.
3 days or less before arrival: 85% on total sale.
7 days or less before arrival: 60% on total sale.
14 days or less before arrival: 35% on total sale.
1 month or less before arrival: 15% on total sale.
Please be aware that for "group" reservations of more than 3 rooms a different cancellation policy applies. We recommend that everyone has travel insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to all agreements we enter into. The UVH are binding for those who make use of our services. If you want to have a copy of the UVH please let us know and we will send you a copy as soon as possible.
