Can you help us to arrange museum tickets and Canal cruises?
Yes, you can purchase tickets for all major museums at the hotel when you are in Amsterdam. We even have skip-the-line tickets for the Van Gogh museum, Rijksmuseum, Heineken Experience and Canal boat cruises
We would recommend getting advanced tickets online at least a couple weeks before you come to Amsterdam and to go in the afternoon. Without advanced tickets you will have to que at the museum as advance tickets are only available on the Anne Frank House website. The best time to visit the Anne Frank house is late in the afternoon. Most people tend to go morning and early afternoon, which results in long ques. The neighborhood has a lot of great lunch places and cafés.

If you'll be staying in Amsterdam/the Netherlands for several days, we would strongly recommend that you get a Museumjaarkaart (this is not to be confused with the Iamsterdam card, which is only good for 24/48/72hours). Yes, it's valid for a whole year, but is a great deal if you want to visit more than 4 museums in Amsterdam/the Netherlands. You can purchase it for €44,95 at any museum or in combination with our Museum Lovers Package.
